Today is one of be the most important dates in history of Arizona Coyotes. The people of Tempe will decide on Props 301, 302, and 303 and the future of the Tempe Entertainment District.
Most citizens have already voted by mail, but if you have your ballot you can still drop off your ballot or vote in person. More information can be found here on the Maricopa Elections page.
There is a lot counting on the results of today’s elections. While something can still go wrong, three yes votes would provide clarity moving into the future. It is difficult to retain free agents or bring in new people if they are unsure of the future.
The Coyotes’ season at Mullett Arena has shown their dedication to the City of Tempe, and it is hard to imagine a better location for a new arena. The site will be easy to get to by car or by light rail, and it should be easy for fans to get in and out.
