Coyotes select Rasmus Korhonen with pick 122

Finnish goaltender taken in the fourth round of the 2021 NHL Entry Draft

2021 NHL Draft - Round One

General Manager Bill Armstrong used the 122nd pick to select goalie Rasmus Korhonen from Ässät of the Finnish Liiga. The 18-year-old native of Oulu, Finland was ranked 7th among European goalies by NHL Central Scouting.

SB Nation’s Pension Plan Puppets recently ranked him as the #7 goalie to watch for this draft. Notably Korhonen is the son of a retired Finnish goaltender Markus Korhonen
