Three Coyotes prospects met in the matchup between Switzerland and Finland. Valentin Nussbaumer scored his second goal of the tournament in Switzerland’s 5-2 win over Finland.

Playing for team Finland Coyotes prospects Aku Raty and Matias Maccelli were both held pointless. Maccelli was third among forwards in time on ice playing 19:19, while Raty played a respectable 15:48.

Finally, in a matchup where the Czech Republic could have really used Jenik, Canada beat the Czech Republic 7-2. Barrett Hayton had a big game, scoring the game-winning goal and registering three assists. Hayton was one of two Canadian players to finish with four points, the other being the Buffalo SabresDylan Cozens.
