Keller’s stats with BU this year have been amazing for the undersized player. In 31 games with the Boston University Terriers, missing 9 games because of injury and World Juniors, he scored 21 goals and 24 assists for 45 points. This is amazing for a player of his size and of his talent. Keller was also Hockey East Rookie of the Year, Hockey East All-Rookie Team, and Hockey East Second All-Star team.
In the 2017 U20 World Junior Championship, Clayton Keller had 3 goals and 8 assists for 11 points in 7 games, assisting the USA to a gold medal. In the year before, 2016, playing for the USA in the U18 World Junior Championship, he assisted the team to Bronze medal. He also was the U18 MVP and had the most assists in the tournament with 10.
With Keller signing with the Coyotes, we will see him tomorrow night against the St. Louis Blues. If so, that will be his first game and it will be at home for him.
The plan is for Clayton Keller to join the Coyotes immediately and play out the rest of the season in the NHL. https://t.co/Yh7NOIzwer

It will be very interesting to see how Keller’s game translates to the NHL, but we should all be excited to watch this amazingly talented young man play. The future is bright.
