After a week of submissions and a couple days of simulating, one roster stood above the rest and took home the personalized article prize as FFH Armchair GM Challenge champion.

The FFH staff chose their favorite submissions to run through the Franchise Hockey Manager simulator and the winner finished with a playoff-clinching record of 42-29-11 (95 points).

Voracek's addition was the main cog in what helped propel the Arizona Coyotes back into the postseason, but don't sleep on the contributions of Nielson. Replacing Martin Hanzal's roster spot, Nielson potted nearly 20 goals and scored 40 points. Ekman-Larsson stole the show with a Norris-contending performance, leading the team in assists and points. The captain performed like he always does, finishing with yet another 20-goal, 50-point season.

AZ_Horns will now have an article of his choosing written by someone on the FFH staff.

Thanks to all those who participated in the inaugural FFH Armchair GM Challenge. There were many great submissions. Next week, we will open up another armchair GM challenge, but this time, almost anything goes!
