Yesterday Phoenix Coyotes captain Shane Doan was on the radio and he spoke about his future with the Coyotes. He is still waiting for ownership to be in place before he signs and he still has a deadline of September 15th for signing with team, but he still wants to be in Phoenix and he's still optimistic that it will happen. Right now we are just waiting on Glendale and Jamison to come to a deal with any lease changes, and hopefully that happens so we can resign Captain Coyote.

We have links to that story and more after the jump below.
