Coyotes Tracks - September 27, 2012 - The Katz Eye

Not much to report on regarding the Coyotes. The City of Glendale continues to plan a list of budget cuts if the tax increase proposal doesn't pass. In the NHL world, the attention isn't just focused on the Coyotes, attention has been brought onto the City of Edmonton and the Oilers. This week word spread that Oiler's owner, Daryl Katz was in Seattle looking at the new Key Arena. In a statement released later that day, Katz and company stated hoped to stay in Edmonton but are looking at their options. Not being the only one causing a stir in Oiler Nation, Nail Yakupov illegally played two games in the KHL. A detailed story on that below as well as ASU talent finding themselves in CHL training camps.
