Coyotes Tracks - September 24, 2012 - The Day The Fun Was Supposed To Begin

Presswire

Tonight was to be the beginning of the Phoenix Coyotes preseason schedule. The team was supposed to play a pair of split squad games against the Stanley Cup champion Los Angeles Kings in each team's home arena. Instead both the Staples Center and Jobing.com Arena will be dark this evening.

The NHL and NHLPA are set to meet together this morning for the first time in almost two weeks to discuss escrow and HHR issues related to last season. There is a possibility there could be CBA talk in the afternoon. WE won't be holding our breath. Speaking of disagreements we have a local one in today's links. We also have links on OEL getting more love, morons on the Internet, and more.
