When it comes to the Phoenix Coyotes fans it isn't uncommon to see a mix of lawsuits and hockey news coming up on our radar. Yesterday the anti-tax increase group Save Glendale Now petitioned the Arizona Supreme Court to have their appeal go straight to them . . . and the Arizona Supreme Court rejected their case. This means that the case will be going to the Appellate Court, and I think this bodes well for the Yotes. On the flip side we have a very funny, very NSFW final howl of a guy singing a song about how he is pissed at Shea Weber for making Nashville pay him a lot of money after he tried to leave Nashville. Not sure Weber is the one he should be pissed at but it's funny nonetheless. All this and everything in between down after the jump.
Note: I did not include the relevant official documents regarding the court cases because they are pretty technical, i.e. I do not really understand them. Later today there should be an article about the court cases.
