Things livened up in the hockey world yesterday. The day started with news of Ed Snider shelling out serious money for another long term deal in Philly. This time it was for Scott Hartnell. Later in the day came news of Caps goalie Michal Neuvirth's candid interview in a Czech publication. The netminder pulled no punches on current and former members of the Caps organization. Speaking of talking, the Wings and Kings did so yesterday, engaging in a playful chit chat. In other news, The Final Howl is back today with DGB dishing on the NHL labor negotiations.
