Yesterday was a pretty big day for the Phoenix Coyotes and there was good and bad news. The good is that the Coyotes Prospect Development Camp started yesterday and the newest Coyotes, some free agents, and a bunch of other young players are in Scottsdale at the Ice Den and you can go and watch them free of charge, and maybe run into Coach Tippett or General Manager Don Maloney like I did yesterday. The bad is that Shane Doan, Captain Coyote, has decided to test the free agent market. I still believe that Doaner will still be a Coyote next season, so don't get too worried yet.

Along with the Coyotes news there was also some pretty big news from the hockey world and its all below after the jump so check it out.
