First, with a win over the Nashville Predators the Coyotes would be playing in their first Western Conference Final ever. Second, NHL commissioner Gary Bettman is expected to announce prior to tonight's game that the league is planning to sell the franchise to a group headed by former San Jose Sharks CEO Greg Jamison. Speaking of the NBC Sports Network, they will be showing the IHHF World Championships preliminary round game between the United States and Slovakia live at 10:15 a.m. this morning.
