The Phoenix Coyotes finally found a way to beat the Columbus Blue Jackets in their final meeting of the season. Apparently all they needed was might Smith to don his Superman cape again. Smith recorded an NHL record 54 saves in Phoenix's 2-0 regulation victory over Columbus. The Dogs also killed all seven penalty kills they faced. The Coyotes play their final two regular season games on the road this weekend. With Dallas losing last night, Phoenix needs only one more point to secure a playoff berth.

We've got the usual assortment of post game news and video, along with news from around the NHL, and disappointing nights for the Yotes AHL and ECHL affiliates.
