Before we get started with the hockey we would like to wish everyone a happy St Patrick's Day, my personal favorite holiday considering I write this in the glow of a neon Guinness sign, remember everyone who is celebrating to be safe especially on the roads. Anyways on with the hockey, the Coyotes did not play, the spent the day in Edmonton, and there is some good news for goalie Mike Smith, bad news for Shane Doan, and non-news about any type of ownership. The Yotes will not be playing again until tomorrow against the Edmonton Oilers who will be coming off a win against the hot Calgary Flames.

Besides the Coyotes news we have news from the minor league teams and news from the hockey world all down below.
