Some Professional hockey players have decided to spend the lock out in Europe or Russia. Others are staying in their hometowns to practice. A few decided to fly up to Canada to play in a series known as "Le Tournée des Joueurs" or "The Players Tour."
With a name like that you know that the tour isn't going to come anywhere near Phoenix, however Coyotes forward Paul Bissonnette made this story a lot more interesting today when he tweeted he will be partaking in the tour, along with Coyotes forward Antoine Vermette.
Both players will be playing for Team Quebec, Vermette as a forward, Bissonnette interestingly enough as a defenseman. BizNasty has apparently spent time as a defenseman, and according to Colby Armstrong he was a pretty good one too.
The first game of the series featured Team Montreal beating Team Quebec 7-4 so hopefully the addition of two Coyotes will help Quebec in the coming game.
