Coyotes Tracks - October 24, 2012 - Dropping the (Klink)Hammer

The Portland Pirates faced off against the St. John's IceCaps yesterday. Despite holding the lead five times during the game, the Coyotes affiliate lost in 8-7 in overtime. A highlight of yesterday's game was Klinkhammer's five-point game, notching three goals and two assists. The Pirates are set to play the IceCaps again later today. In Coyotes news, Glendale councilwoman Joyce Clark spoke with The Fan 1060 about the pending ownership deal with Greg Jamison. Having said the deal is in it's final stages of completion, a November voting date is expected. More on that and CBA talks below.
