Ok, it's a good thing I tivo'd the Lost finale, because I think it's going to take me three or four viewings before I really figure out what the heck is going on. Not that it wasn't good straight up the first time, but I'm still a bit confused by what happened in the last 20 minutes or so...oh well, I'm sure I'll get it eventually.
One thing I do get is that the Sharks are seriously snake-bit in the postseason, and this team might just be getting blown up in the near future. The Blackhawks beat down the Sharks in a 4 game sweep, winning yesterday afternoon 4-2 to advance to the Stanley Cup Finals where they will meet the winner of the Flyers-Canadiens series. The Flyers hold a 3-1 advantage there after Michael Leighton posted his third shutout of the series on Saturday afternoon. Game 5 from Philadelphia is tonight on VS. at 4 PM local time.
Not a ton of links today, because there's not a lot of Coyotes news that makes much sense. City of Glendale appears to have finalized its deal with the NHL to fund losses for this year, and the NHL has pushed back the deadline to December 31 for the city to find a local buyer. Reinsdorf, IEH and mystery third party...get it done already...let's not let this go to the 25th hour, ok?
