Great job by the guys last night. They played a great game to rebound off the Chicago beatdown they got. Tonight they'll look to start a streak against one team that has really had thier number for the past couple of seasons. THe Minnesota Wild have won the last nine, yes NINE, meetings between the two teams. The main reason has been Niklas Backstrom who is 8-0-0 with 3 Shutouts in eight starts against Phoenix. That's just brutal.
On our side, Olli Jokinen had a big game back last night, scoring 2 goals, and Marty Hanzal has been great over the last stretch with 6 goals in the last five games. Hopefully the Coyotes will find a way to beat the wild and end this rediculous losing streak.
