Yesterday the Arizona Court of Appeals ruled that the tax petition should go on the ballot. While this may have surprised a few people, myself included, I do not believe that we have heard the last of this issue. That being said, it should be assumed that this is in no way going to delay a Coyotes sale to Greg Jamison, which is good because Shane Doan's agent said yesterday that a deadline has been set again, this time September 15th.
