Tonight the first round of the NHL Entry draft takes place in Pittsburgh. The Phoenix Coyotes, as of now, are set to draft in the No. 27 slot. This is the latest the team has drafted in the franchise's history. A case of success in the postseason coming at a price. A price most Coyotes fans will gladly pay.
The first round can be viewed on the NBC Sports Network at 4 p.m. MST. You can also keep up with the draft at SB Nation's Draft Page. SB Nation has a number of staff who will be reporting from the event.
