So Saturday night really happened. I still can't believe it. 5 freaking seconds. How does that happen two games in a row? It was the kind of loss that you can't just sleep off. I woke up Sunday morning and still wanted to just punch a hole in the wall.

If you are like me, you probably lost a lot of sleep this weekend. Or you got plastered and slept the whole weekend. Either way, it was a bad night for the Coyotes and their fans.

I'm writing this FanPost partially just for my own emotional healing from that awful game, but also to encourage others that we're still doing pretty well in this series. Sure it was a disappointing loss. But now we have to go to Chicago and continue our pattern of outplaying and beating the Blackhawks. Our season record against this team is still 4-2. We still gave them hell on Saturday even though we lost. Chicago is a team that likes to ride a little too high when they're doing well and the Coyotes love to win those spoiler games on the road.

I for one am resigning myself from hockey until the drop of the puck tomorrow. I'm not saying that's what everyone should do, but we (fans and team both) need to come into Tuesday's game resolved and undeterred. Do whatever you need to do to clear that last game as far away from your mind as possible.

Let's minimize the impact that this stupid loss has on momentum.

See you clowns tomorrow. Go Coyotes.
