Thanksgiving weekend was slow for the hockey world, especially for Coyotes fans. But all wasn't lost as the extended weekend was rounded out by two Portland OT victories courtesy of Coyotes' Oliver Ekman-Larsson and prospect David Rundblad. OEL finished off the Springfield Falcons in 15 seconds, while Rundblad got one passed the Monarchs' glove side a minute and 37 seconds into overtime. A recap of that game as well as the Sundogs' Saturday night loss against the Allen Americans are included in today's links.
