This weekend proved very eventful in the world of hockey. First on tap; Coyotes CHL affiliate, the Arizona Sundogs closed out their weekend series against the Allen Americans with a loss in overtime. Coyotes' players David Schlemko and Kyle Chipchura saw ice time, as well as gathering a few points along the way. The Sundogs will head back to Arizona in hopes of claiming a victory in their home opener on the 26th. On the lockout front, negotiations appear to be heading in the right direction since the NHL's 50/50 proposal. Deputy Commissioner Bill Daly going as far as saying that the 'framework is on the table.'
