i was at the game and am not sure how i missed it?

He didn’t stay down did he? It may have happened on the close boards to me or something, I was close to the ice so I couldn’t see the close boards in the Coyotes attack twice zone… I’m surprised I missed the elbow though, I usually see that stuff. There was a hit on the Ninja in the early first (clean hit) while he was passing out of the defensive zone alongside the boards that was so hard it actually popped the backside off, the sharks fan in front of the boards had to kick it back in place..

I missed it on TV, though I confess my attention to the game wasn’t what it should have been yesterday. Jordan mentioned it in his recap.

Schlemko got hit early in the third period in the Coyotes defensive zone (they defend twice) it was on the boards on the side of the penalty box. I missed it when it happened, but heard a groan from the crowd and then saw Nichol kinda sitting on top of Schlemko, although I couldn’t see who it was at the time. The ref kinda waved at them to get going up the ice, but it took both players a while.

thats right where i was sitting, not sure how i missed it...

I also got back in touch with my old coach who i mentioned is the head off-ice official so I will let you know what he says about the interview when I talk to him next… I’m sure he would at the very least answer questions via email, but I’ll let you know what he says…

Per the Yahoo Team Report:

Third Line:

• LW Peter Bissonnette, C Kyle Turris(notes), RW Paul Bissonette

Sucks for Boedker and Maclean, guess they will be healthy scratches so Peter and Paul Biz can get some playing time…
Where do they come up with this stuff? There hasn’t been a Peter on the team at all this year besides Prucha for the first 10 or so games, so how do they mess that up so badly?

It’s easier than you think to make a mistake depending on how their software works and if there is even an editor of the piece. I make accidental mistakes from time to time myself.

there's no way we would let you get away with that bad of a butchering though:)

you’d hear it for days:) jk… I can understand when I read small mistakes, but I’ve never seen them make such a bad one before… Is there a chance they recall a defender this week? Maybe Yonkman again? I am not sure that he would even be the #1 choice after the games against the Pens and Sharks (or was it the Ducks?), but I don’t see the team rolling with 5 healthy defenders… Maybe they are hoping Rozy suits up for the first time..

it would be nice if this 1st rounder stepped up and started playing like one… OEL looks good, Boedker and Turris seem to be catching their stride, so hopefully he will too.
