Phoenix Coyotes Send 7 Players to San Antonio
by Travis Hair on Sep 24, 2010 7:51 PM MST
in Coyotes Roster Moves
The Coyotes assigned seven players to San Antonio leaving 44 players remaining in camp. Those cut from the Coyotes roster are centers Justin Bernhardt and Colin Long, left wing Peter MacArthur, defensemen Mathieu Brodeur, Jeff May and Nick Ross as well as goalie Joe Fallon.
44 players now remain in the Coyotes training camp meaning almost everyone left should be playing in the split squad games tomorrow. I'd expect a long list of cuts to be made Sunday though as the Coyotes try to solidify the roster before heading to Canada for two games and then over to Europe for the last preseason contest against Riga and the season opener.
