Some people might disagree with the names (i.e. both Mike and I think that Ilya Bryzgalov and Ryan Miller are conspicuously absent from these finalists.  I think the voters that refuse to vote for a goalie for MVP are just idiots - like MLB voters that don't think pitchers can be MVP.  But whatever...).

[s/t @Yotesgurl] - Good to see that Martin Hanzal is getting some national recognition.  Surprised that Keith Yandle doesn't also make this list after the solid series he had.  And former Coyotes pest Dan Carcillo has really developed into a solid forward for the Flyers this year...

Chicago's Duncan Keith assaults Nashville fan; where's the NHL suspension? - On the Forecheck
In the late stages of Game Four last week in Nashville, Chicago Blackhawks defenseman Duncan Keith sat in the penalty box and had some back-and-forth with a Predators fan, retaliating at the end by spraying the fan with water before heading back out on the ice. According to NHL rules, he should have been suspended.  An interesting debate about the NHL enforcing it's rules...
