Coyote Tracks for March 14 - I'll Make This Quick

First – Travis, AWESOME job on breaking the IEH letter. Way to help fill the gaping void in Coyotes’ coverage left by our astute local media. Keep up the great work. Second, what a difference a year makes. Over the past few years, my buddies and I were constantly begging Gretz to stop jumbling the lines and to let some synergy form. Yesterday, when I heard the lines were going to be jumbled, my only thought was – well, Tippett knows what’s best. In Dave We Trust. Loved the new lines – although the only untouched one was still the best. Favorite part was seeing Pyatt setting the goalie screen. He keeps that up and he’ll fill one of the few voids left in our offensive system. The Lombo line looked disjointed at times, but gotta love the upside there. Third, you think we would get kicked out of Jobing if we brought an airhorn in? I loved the airhorn at the beginning of each period in Carolina – really seemed to get their fans into it, which we could definitely use here. Maybe we could give one to Howler to start a “Let’s Go Yotes” chant. The current “Let’s go Coyotes, dun dun dundundun” chant is slow and often disjointed. A faster, louder chant would be a lot more fun and may get peeps into it quicker… Just my random thoughts on a Sunday morning. Good luck in Hotlanta boys – LET’S GO YOTES!
