Light appears to finally be visible at the end of the Phoenix Coyotes Ownership Saga Tunnel.  Yesterday's news from the NHL Board of Governors meeting was all positive.  In addition, a Glendale City Council vote may be in the offing as soon as next Tuesday.  Check out the details in today's links after the jump.
