The Sundogs 2009-2010 season will open at home on October 16 against the new Allentown Americans. The season will include games against both new CHL teams, but they will only line up against the Missouri Mavericks in Independence.
Fortunately, the loss of the New Mexico Scorpions has not also meant the loss of the New Year's Eve match-up as this year the Rio Grande Valley Killer Bees will be in town for the celebrations.
