Have to agree with the general sentiment that I am angry, and I love Doaner. If there was a need for a single player to rally behind, this is the guy. He's given SO much to this city and deserves the chance to make it work more than anyone. Here's hoping for the return of the whiteout!

yeah, good

article by bickley but ya almost can’t go wrong talking to doaner….that’s why i love the captain…just an all around good guy, family man, willing to talk to the fans….when mrs linda and i got our season tickets after the lockout season, we went to a doin’s for new season ticket holders downstairs in the fancy bar…panger and moss both spoke, and when we decided to leave we went out the door we had come in….wrong…that goes into the hallway next to the locker room…doaner and another player were in shorts and tees bouncing a soccer ball…feet, heads, knees…he saw us and stopped the ball and said hi..are you supposed to be coming out this way…my response was, well i guess not…he just grinned and laughed and said, its ok, guys, just go back in and up the stairs at the other end…he waved and laughed as we left…now a prima donna might have gotten shitty but doaner….just took it in stride..just a good guy…guess even bick gets a little fired up about the yotes after talking to doaner..

who will rid me of this damn priest?

concur wholeheartedly...

Doan seems to be an absolute great guy – totally committed to this team and hockey in Phoenix, generally. I think a first step towards getting fans interested in the Coyotes again is to get Doan out in front of them even more (which is an imposition on him, and one I would feel bad taking, but that I think he wouldn’t mind). Get him to be a “color” guy on a weekly show on FSN Arizona where they talk about the Coyotes – this should start well before training camp. Take the fans behind the scenes of these guys’ lives and everything…really market the players that make this team so great!

World Ph*cking Champs! That was fun - let's do it again...

Wow, Bickley's on a roll!

He’s also penned a fairly decent article on the DBacks recently. Hope he’s feeling okay…
