Perplexing question

I have a question for the Phoenix Coyotes expert that I have really seen not seen any other information about. Is any of the reported loss by the Coyotes over the past few years the result of Moyes borrowing against his stake in the team? I think I get the basic information about the case and I believe I understand both side’s stated positions. But I am really unclear how the NHL could claim the losses in Phoenix are not that bad while Moyes suggests they are astronomical. Unless the operating losses are not the same as the overall financial losses.
