Yeah, I know this game thread is a little late, but I was busy being angry and declaring people dead to me. You know how that goes. Besides, i've been busy fielding requests for interviews (not really) and invitations for therapy sessions (not really? Maybe.)
Tonight we head into game 1 of a 4 game roadtrip where we'll face the Minnesota Wild. Until recently the Wild have owned us. Last meeting we managed to come out with a win and hopefully we'll be catching Minnesota at the right time tonight. Special Teams will likely decide this game as Minnesota is really goo on the PP and the PK and we've be pretty terrible. Let's not let it cost us this one though okay?
Just a few notes since we're a little crunched for time.
-Kurt Sauer is out for 4 weeks, Stephen Goertzen called up from San Antonio Rampage to fill his spot.
-Tiki is out for at least a couple of weeks too. Garth Murray was here, but got reassigned back to SA and Daniel Winnik is back.
-Ilya Bryzgalov should be in net following that Dallas Shutout on Saturday.

If you whistle on a stage during any part of a production it's bad luck
unless, the script calls for it. But, if you stand on your head and sing “give my regards to broadway” it counteracts the whistle. Can we make a rule that whoever says the h-word needs to stand on their head and sing “Gretzky Rocks”?
